We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Shillong. Right from check-in to checkout, everything felt smooth.
The breakfast spread was impressive -- plenty of options, live counters, and everything was fresh and flavorful. What touched us most was the staff's thoughtfulness in packing food for our little one whenever we went out exploring the city. Small gestures like these made a big difference.
The amenities were fantastic -- the swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding, and our kid had an absolute blast at the play area. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and offered a lovely city view. The complimentary arrangements for our celebration (our child's first birthday!) made the stay feel even more special.
A big shoutout to the head chef, Kelly, Nikunj, and Abhishek for their warmth and personal attention throughout our stay. Thank you for making our trip so memorable -- we'd love to return to Courtyard Shillong on our next visit!

The location is very good. Bang in the middle of Police Bazaar, which is the main market. However, it site a few hundred metres off, thereby sparing you from the hustle and bustle of the main market.
The restaurant is great. Holyland was amazing and super hospitable and went out of her way to not only make our dining enjoyable, but also volunteered helpful sightseeing tips, without which we would have surely missed. A few spots. Thanks Holyland!

Courtyard is located very close to the best shopping areas in Shillong. Rooms are clean and the hotel also offers free parking. The breakfast spread is amazing! If you get access to their executive lounge, you will love it!

I recently stayed at Courtyard by Marriott, Shillong for 2 days, and it was a truly delightful experience. The property is beautiful, blending modern comfort with the serene charm of Shillong. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect balance of luxury and coziness and yeah it has view of whole Shillong city which was calm in the day and starry in the night.
