Biggest gym in Mira road.. Got many types of machines.. Good trainers... Air conditioner... Not too expensive... Many new equipments have arrived... One must choose this gym if he/she is looking for one.

I was a member of Fitness plus for 4 months,the climate and equipment is just awesome,they have variety of equipment and plenty in quantity so even if more then 5 people are doing the same exercise you don't need to wait for your turn to do that.they also have good quality cardio equipment and good CrossFit session.
