Join at your own risk. Post investing for your membership, forget about training, you may at least expect an honest answer for a basic query about your membership, etc. All they will do, is ask you to pay more. Their sales target is more important than you, your queries or any assistance you may need which requires no additional expense. May be that is why the gym is most of the time / always empty. 0 for Customer Experience 0 for Customer Relationship / Management 0 for Listening and understanding to what a member needs. -1 for Customer Satisfaction Advice = Gym mein sirf dhoop, batti, pooja karne se bhagwaan khud nai aayengey. ( ye sab karna achhi baat hai but sirf iske bharose mat raho. Khud bhi kuch karlo).

One of the worst gyms. ACs are always pouring down water and half of the time they don't work. Ventilation is not the best. Gym equipments are not maintained at all, machines keep on making noises when ever used. After providing such pathetic facility they have absolutely no sense on how to talk to their paying customers. They have no rules/terms and conditions on paper, they'll just make up guidelines on the spot depending on the situation to prove their customer guilty at all times There are various other gym options please don't waste your money here.
