I've been attending Anita maam's strength training classes for a few weeks now after postpartum, and I'm genuinely impressed. The workouts are incredibly well-structured, challenging, and focused on building real strength and endurance. Each session targets core muscle groups with a great balance of compound and isolation exercises. She always comes with different types of exercise so we can not get bored. Anita ma'am is very polite ,sweet,knowledgeable, motivating, and attentive to form, making sure everyone trains safely and effectively.
