Awesome gym, spacious, affordable and specially trainers. The trainers in the gym gives close attention to every small details which matters the most in this field. Right from the warm up to the positioning for every exercise and after workout a proper stretching is also provided. Equipments are really good and the best thing is that you get zumba, aerobics, yoga, cross fit and dance classes are all included.

A R fitness is really amazing gym if your looking for well equipped gym this is the one. It has good ambience and equipments to train staff and trainers are also good always there for your help. All the workout machines are branded and high quality over all it the best gym in shivne

One of the spacious gym in this area. Has good equipments of Jerai. But, one thing is, anybody plays the music on bluetooth here, of their won choise (hindi rap songs, panjabi songs) which is big disappointment. It turn off the workout mood most of the time. Other than that good gym.
