Not a good place to achieve your goals towards your fitness. Few members try to disbrub you while you are doing workout and the trainer will just watch and laugh and make gossip about the same.
No well trainee trainer, they hardly knows anything about workout and top of that if you try to do something new they will stop you by laughing or making fun of yours.
No women safety.
Half of the month steam doesn't work. At the time of giving training tranier will go and sit at the ladies washroom.
And trainer will involve members also go against another member.

I would like to bring to your attention an issue I recently experienced at your gym. During the admission process, the reception team focused primarily on collecting the advance fee and did not provide any clear communication regarding the gym's rules and regulations--particularly concerning mandatory footwear requirements.
As a result, upon my first visit to the gym, I was denied entry for not wearing specific gym shoes, which was never informed to me during registration. This situation caused inconvenience and could have been easily avoided with proper instructions at the time of admission.

Don't care about customer's safety. Immature trainers mostly school goers are appointed as trainer. They don't have basic knowledge e.g. how to stack weight from safety point of view. It's very risky especially for new gym goer and females. Customer complaints are ignored. Management is supporting their immature trainers who deliberately keeping weights wrongly to annoy customer even after some incident happened where 15 kg weight plate kept by trainer, fell on a woman customer.
