5 star rating is also less for her, she herself is a star She is the first zumba instructor in Nanded when nobody knows what zumba is, she was teaching it. I joined her class in 2012 , she guided me through and gave nice and clean diet . she used to teach with very enthusiasm, since she herselfs enjoys dancing and you will enjoy even more with her. it never felt like i was exercising it was kind of hobby class with her. She used to teach us new steps ,new songs and that one hour used to be like just enjoying and nothing else. I lost my 10 kgs in one month. She never judged me on wrong steps ,she is so sweet and loving that you will feel safe in asking all your doubts and seek advice from her I always crave to meet her and see her dancing whenever i come to nanded Love you Sonia mam keep going and shining - Your Student

Zumba is sooo relaxing as we got solution to many problems such as feeling calm, stress free and being in Presence.I have got the result of weight loss 6 kg and all credit goes to Dear Mam. The way soniya mam and her daughter adhira conducts the zumba class, its just tooo energetic and filled with enthusiasm.
