The gym has top-notch, well-maintained equipment -- no doubt about that. But sadly, that's where the positives end. The client quality is terrible, and there's absolutely no control over the kind of crowd that walks in. Management seems more focused on stuffing their pockets than maintaining any standard or discipline. A place with potential being wasted by mismanagement and zero quality control.

This is the most well equipped gym in this side of thr city & perhaps the entire city. The owners, trainers & the staff are very warm, kind & supportive. They are passionate about what they are doing & hence put their heart & soul into the gym & our journey to fitness. I am working out here since almost 5 years now. The cleanliness & hygiene standards are very high too & it is a great place to make friends, fitness & fun . Join it without 2nd thoughts !!

I joined this gym with the goal of losing weight and opted for a personal trainer to help me achieve my goal. I've almost reached the end of my training program, however, I'm pretty disappointed with the services rendered. The commitment level is at its peak until you sign up and then it waxes and wanes over the period. Moreover, no proper system of marking attendance exists although a diary has been specifically maintained for the same thereby leading to loss of numerous sessions. Also, there are instances where the non attendance on the days of training are considered as leaves irrespective of the fact that the trainer is also absent on that day. Further, the prices they charge are exorbitant. Also, most of the general trainers are quite reluctant to help. Just by devoting some time in guiding us through the sets won't do any harm. On the plus side, the gym is good in terms of equipments, environment and cleanliness. The staff is cooperative and warm.

Avis is one the best gym and has all the equipments and facilities needed. Great atmosphere, perfect cooling and most importantly hygienic. You'll always find every equipment clean and maintained. Apart from all this it more of a feels like community of people. Everybody's helpful and a great place for someone new. Got all the guidance and never had any complaints. Surround sound music on the top makes it motivating.
