I am itz member since three years nd I have gone to many gyms in nallasopara nd mumbai side especially lower parel,this gym on first view looks to be a good one nd reasonable on pocket.u can compare with other gyms which has got more than 4.5 rating on Google,this one lacks behind. If u join once,u won't feel like motivated to go there just bcoz of itz poor ambience,lack of proper equipment-though he has updated some,lack of ventilation, dust all around,ac r not functioning anytime-so it feels suffocated all the time.trainers r good ,but will only help you if u ask for advice,or they r least interested. Gym owner thinks it is d best nd biggest gym-he is proud nd rude on that nd never takes our suggestions seriously. Offers keep changing everyday nd yoga is not functioning at present.my lockdown payment also gone to waste.initially it used to be less crowded,but now d owner just want to be increase members,without proper maintenance of d gym.receiptionist can be rude sometimes. There is never a smile on owner's face,though he replies politely.

Not even good for 1 star steam's not working staff nog good evening while working out it feels crowded Worst of all they scammed a girl last day as steam wasn't working for last 1 month they still took the money for that As soon as she asked for steam they said its not working the next day she took membership Worst gym

Good & average type gym in nallasopara. 2star deducted for less space & crowded in peak time. 1star for Mrng staff was not co operative when I asked him to show the equipment & uses of machines.

At least in nalasopara its a good gym in service and co operation many members of its gym appreciated the gym updation every year and the gym staff and gym owner are very co operative During lockdown most of the members got extension not only one time but two times extension given by gym owner So i recommend to join #1 life fitness A satisfied member

Worst ever gym ..I ssly don't recommend to join especially bad for new joined. Poor management & Trainers

Gym is not maintained properly Electronic equipments are not working properly. Most of the fans are not working. Proper servicing of Electronic equipments are not done.

SHOULD MAINTAIN THE GYM EQUIPMENTS, EQUIPMENTS ARE NOT IN GOOD CONDITION ... GYM CAN BE WAY BETTER IF EQUIPMENTS ARE MAINTAINED PROPERLY|||||

I don't like the management, no proper fully AC, no proper trainer, no proper equipment, no space , no proper inveter, worst management never seen before....
