I've been training at Gold gym for a few months now, and I'm genuinely impressed. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and stocked with modern equipment. One of the best gym in karad also all trainer are polite and prompt ,all types of machines available and also they have steam bath an vell maintained washrooms.

I joined this gym with high expectations, especially since it's Gold's Gym and has invested in a music system worth around 2.5L (as told by the trainers). Unfortunately, the music is the biggest disappointment here. Every time I come to train, the playlist is completely random - breakup songs, lavni tracks, devotional songs, and random DJ remixes. This kills the workout vibe and does not match the standard of Gold's Gym. I have already raised this issue with the trainers more than 10 times, but nothing has changed. On top of that, the volume is kept so high that even after leaving the gym the songs keep ringing in my ears. This is not only demotivating but also harmful to members' hearing and overall workout environment. Music plays a huge role in gym motivation, but here it feels like there is no energy or proper curation. Honestly, if you ask me what's good in this gym, I would only say the swimming pool. Management should take this complaint seriously. Please do not leave music selection or volume control to coaches or random members. It should be managed properly by the gym management with playlists that actually motivate workouts.

This is a Fantastic Gym, All the Trainers are Super Nice, knowledgeable, Motivating and Friendly. All the staff Members are Cooperative. All the Gym passage and Equipments are well cleaned. The overall vibe is great and I have Good Experiences,I will definitely recommend this Gym to my Friends and Family Members.Best gym in karad
