Joined Ambar Yoga a year and half ago.. Absolutely loved this yoga class! The perfect blend of traditional yoga and energizing aerobics made for a refreshing and dynamic workout. The instructor's guidance is excellent !!!!! Plus, the regular outdoor events add a wonderful touch, allowing us to connect with nature while staying active.
