Nice coach.. he has knowledge n techniques much more loaded than i thought.. first ever titled n certified man himself owner as well as coach n no shy to give support while doing workout..

I would like to give my best experience for THE CAPTAIN GYM past few months I'm experiencing best gym training over here and the equipments are much better and comfortable as I thought

The gym is very nice and the gym instructor explains very well how to do the exercises and all the equipments in the gym are also very nice and the captain gym shows the results very soon.
