The Crown Palace Hotel

Convenient, central location, good spacious rooms and big, well maintained campus are some of the highlights of the hotel. Cleanliness in the rooms and common areas is good. Bed sheets and towels are clean. They also have a well equipped gym. Food is freshly prepared and delicious. The staff members are generally warm and cordial. But all of them seem to be working under lot of pressure from the top management to cut costs. Our room didn't have a toilet roll and it took them two hours to get it when asked for. Toiletries are not enough for double occupancy and they are reluctant to supply extra. Carrying your own would be the best. Asking for an extra bottle of water(you get one litre per day) would simply scare them.... These are some of the small things, the top management ought to take care to avoid causing inconvenience to visiting guests. Sagar, in general, is a very good weekend destination especially during monsoons. Very pleasant weather and some great places to visit (at a short drive)....Rahatgarh waterfalls and fort, Sagar lake, Raheli temple etc are surprisingly not very well known and therefore not crowded, but wonderful places to visit. Drive to these destinations is through forests and very pleasant. Overall we enjoyed our trip to Sagar and had a pleasant stay at Crown Palace.

Staff need to be train on customer service specially resturant cashier. Sorry to say food quality is s poor . I wish I.would had booked any local lodge. It is completely waste of time and money. I recommend think before booking this hotel till staff get trained. overall horrorable experience .

The room had excellent interiors and was impeccably clean, making the stay very comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious and hygienic. The staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout. Best location in middle of city with valid parking area.

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The service quality was extremely poor, the rooms were not maintained properly, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. What made the experience worse was the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. Instead of helping, they were arrogant and completely careless towards guests' needs. I would strongly advise against staying here until major improvements are made in service, hospitality, and staff attitude

Nice hotel nd the services are best , provided us best room nd food also, the experience was good, we enjoyed a lot , there was an amazing restaurant nd hotel also , we prefer all to visit there and enjoy services, have fun nd enjoyed together with your family, So blessed to visit this hotel once in a lifetime count. It was a tremendous experience and second home feelings as well. The front office staff is very nice and cooperative specially Receptionist "sharad"
