My two friends and I just checked out of The LaLiT Temple View, and it was an incredible stay. There were many highlights, but the biggest one--besides the friendly and caring service--was the restaurant experience. We felt so well taken care of.
Krishna made delicious cocktails, while Jeet and Bhagwat looked after us so attentively in the restaurant. Manager Mukesh always stopped by to ensure everything was perfect. He's not only very professional but also wonderfully funny.
The ultimate highlight was meeting Chef Yaswant Singh Rana. Once he discovered what food lovers we were, he prepared customized meals for us that were truly sensational.
My only suggestion for the hotel's F&B department would be to work on expanding the wine menu, and look for better wines.
Another little detail was that in our final night, the front desk decided to put a family with screaming children right next to our room which was puzzling because the hotel was almost empty and they could have put the family on the other side of the hotel. All of us did not sleep well due to children screaming and doors slamming until the very early morning.
Irrespective of that, I hope to return to Khajuraho again in the future and stay at the LaLit.

Once upon a time, I used to work here. I spent three of the most wonderful years of my life in this hotel at Khajuraho. Even after 15 years, the hotel is just as beautiful and amazing as it was back then. I received so much love here, and I always miss those moments.
