I spent 15 days at the clinic undergoing a Panchakarma treatment. The experience was incredible, with the improvement I felt in my body and mind. I highly recommend this experience, as it is a gift to yourself. Dr. Anoop and their entire team is excellent, highlighting the work of my therapists Gueethu and Arya who treated me with great care and made me feel confident throughout the treatment. Prateesh's marma massages are the best in all of Varkala, and Anoop's serenity and love for his yoga classes are a highlight. Dr. Anoop's dedication and wisdom make me repeat the Panchakarma every year to balance my doshas. Thank you for making this clinic possible and for your love for people's health. 100% recommended.
