Joined Insight fitness a month ago. I have lost couple of kg weight, muscles are toned and feeling more energetic. Trainers Sarath and Jeethu are really good and helpful. They understand need of each individual and plan training schedule accordingly. Top class enquipments. Great work... Kudos...
