It has been an incredible experience and what stands out the most is how supportive the trainers are when it comes to your personal health conditions. I have some pre-existing knee issues, and the trainers here have been so accommodating, designing workouts that keep me safe while still helping me progress. It's clear that they really take the time to understand each individual's needs and limitations. The ambience of the gym is also fantastic--bright, clean, and motivating. It's the perfect environment to focus on your fitness goals. The trainers are highly knowledgeable and always willing to help, whether you're a beginner or more advanced. Lastly, the flexi timing is really good. I can always find a time slot and is super convenient. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive, flexible, and motivating place to work out!
