Fitnation is one of the best gyms in Chengannur and definitely one of the best I've been to! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help with any doubts. All the exercises they recommend are very effective, and I've seen real changes in my fitness journey since joining. The gym has a wide range of modern and high-quality machines that suit all types of workouts. The equipment is smooth, effective, and very well-maintained. I've been going to this gym since April 2024. It has been a great experience so far. They offer personal training as well as general training. My PT instructor Renju is extremely motivating and great at his job. All the trainers have great knowledge on all aspects including dieting as well as working out. They have all created a great sense of community there. Really recommend this place for anyone looking for a good gym beginners and experienced people alike.

I love the energy and community here in this Gym.. Everyone is friendly and supportive, and the trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging. The equipments are excellent and the atmosphere is motivated to work out. I feel like I'm making real progress here..
