The instructor (Maya mam) is incredibly knowledgeable and I'm grateful to have such a compassionate and professional teacher. I attended yoga training program at YFY yoga and wellness centre for a short period. Eventhough I am relatively new to yoga, it was a wonderful and rejunuvating experience for me. The instructor is very knowledgable and she trained me very well considering my health and emotional well being. Very nice and peaceful atmosphere and staffs are also trained and friendly.. Wish to do next session in near future..
