Limited collections compared to the past Reliance Trends, Muvattupuzha used to have a much better variety earlier. During my recent visit, I noticed that the collections were quite limited compared to what they used to offer before. Hoping they restock and bring back the wide range we were once used to.

Reliance Trends in Muvattupuzha's Grand Centre Mall stands out for its good two-floor selection for both men and women. The variety of apparel alternatives are nice. The only drawback was the inattentive staff. Nonetheless, it's a nice location for fashionistas for occasional visits.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the dress exchange policy of your store. I recently purchased a dress for my baby which is bought from a Trends store which is 30km away from my home address. Upon trying it on at home, I realized it did not fit well and I would like to exchange it for a different size. However, I was informed from my near by store that exchange can be done only with a paper bill or from the same store I purchased the dress. I find it unreasonable because everything in the whole world is digital and no one ia going to keep the paper bills forever. I understand that stores may have exchange policies, but I believe that in cases where a customer realizes the item doesn't fit properly after purchase, an exception should be made. I am a loyal customer and would be disappointed to have to shop elsewhere due to this issue. I travel alot and i have exchanged dresses from MAX store many times by just sending and OTP to my number. Reliance trends is one of the biggest clothing stores in Muvattupuzha. It's an economical store which runs on discounts. You don't find any brands except Basics, Peter England and Jockey. Mostly Reliance in house brands with limited options are available. You don't find much latest trends here. Also finding sizes was also difficult. Staff were nice and helpful. Shop was neat and tidy.

Employees are not behaving properly. They are insulting customers and telling them that they are only here for the air conditioning or just wandering around, not to purchase clothes.
