F5 Fitness Center

Very bad experience.Very congested, Peoples are standing one by one on behind to use machines. Not recommended. Fees is low comparing to others,but I will not choose this gym anymore.

I've been a member of F5 Fitness Center for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The facility is top-notch, with a wide range of equipment catering to both cardio and strength training. The space is clean, well-organized, and always maintained to a high standard. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always available to offer guidance or answer questions. The trainers are professional and provide personalized workout plans, which has really helped me stay on track with my fitness goals.

Trainer Subin is very much supportive. Excellent ambience. Focus on your fitness goal then its best gym for you. You won't be disappointed.

I wanted to share a review for this place and our favourite trainer for quite some time but now it's time:) . I was super unhealthy with unhealthy weight and clueless about weight training (but trained in various places before but again like 90% of us, go to a gym do various things and no clue what we are doing and end up hungry and eat more:) ) I started taking a training for Deadlift and bench press outside India and I had to come to India for something urgently. I immediately looked for a trainer online that was close to home and luckily I found this gym. Initially I looked at the gym pictures and found out that there are not many cardio machines and a place where I can do deadlifts and bench press. That's a good sign. I knew instantly this has to be a good place looking at the machine's which was similar to the gym I was training and felt like someone had put some thinking on this place and that has to be someone with passion and called the number. I was not wrong. I took the personal training and started training with him and I made some massive improvements in that time. After training for a month or so I went back for my work and I keep training with him online and now I think it's been more than a year or even longer. My wife also trains at the same place and he adjusts the training according to her level(both of us personal training) . Now our training has brought us to more than a trainer - client relationship but my review is not biased. When we are in India we go to the gym and train there and when we are outside (most of the time) we train online. My fitness journey has a lot of trainings and variations ( coming from 92 to currently 68 kilos and did put in a lot of muscle) I did dead lift and bench training initially, functionally training under Subin and also I do cross fit because now I wanted to know it all. But this guy and the place here is a gem. I think we are lucky to have a place around here with a guy like Subin having such a passion towards fitness. Now if you are looking to improve your fitness life and you are searching for a place then look no further!

Worst gym and worst trainer ever. He cares only about machines. He attitude and behaviour basically very bad. He don't even know how to run a gym. Just bought some machines from decathlon and self calling him as a trainer. Home workout is better than this gym. Such a bad experience..

This is hands down the best gym I've ever been to. I've been working out here for 2 years now, and I can confidently say it's been an amazing journey. Subin is an incredible trainer. He have helped me achieve my fitness goals like no other. I highly recommend this gym to everyone. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely loving this gym. Subin, my trainer, is simply amazing. He transformed my fitness journey and has helped me get fit. I totally suggest joining if you want a great workout experience.
