First of all machines are very good and the trainer also very kind man. Their is more space to work out. The trainer always help us. Amazing facilities are available in this gym. So we have to make a powerful body. That's all.

The gym itself is well-equipped with a great variety of machines, free weights, and plenty of space for functional training. It's always clean, and they really keep everything in top shape, which makes it even more enjoyable to train. As for my trainer, GOKUL, He is absolutely fantastic! He really takes the time to understand my goals and customize my workouts to ensure I'm not just getting results, but doing it safely and effectively. They push me just enough to keep me challenged without overdoing it, which is exactly what I need. Plus, they're always ready with tips and modifications to help me improve my form, so I never feel lost or frustrated. Friendly environment, a place for fitness+ friendship. Had become a morning routine for me to workout, my trainer is helpful especially in correction of workout postures.
