Nice experience,The trainers were really helpful, good services, gym is clean and equipped with all facilities.The Trainer NOUSHAD Sir is very friendly person who motivate and Encourage to do all patterns of workout which is suitable for each person. There is no doubt this will be the best place for Ladies and both beginners and experienced ones.
