I was a beginner in yoga and not very flexible, but the teacher guided me kindly with clear explanations suited to my body condition. The breathing techniques and poses were taught in a very detailed and easy-to-understand way,and I learned a lot. The lecture on meditation was also a very special and peaceful time. Although it was only four days, it became a good habit for me, and I have continued to practice gently even after returning to Japan. A warm and trustworthy teacher. Thank you very much.
