Their actions were not only unprofessional but also intimidating, particularly towards women, children, and families. This kind of behavior is deeply concerning and gives the impression that such conduct may be becoming part of the security culture at the centre. While the businesses inside the mall are great, the management must take immediate action to address this issue before it escalates. The ongoing mistreatment from the parking security staff is not just a single incident--it suggests a developing culture of disrespect that could drive away customers. I urge the management to intervene quickly, enforce proper behavior standards, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.

The complex has different shops including dc books, greens hypermarket, titan watches, fastrack, francis alukkas etc. The pink colour of the building and its external architectural beauty gives the building an aesthetic vibe. There is a good parking area available
