I've been going to this gym for a while now, and, it's an amazing place to work out and relax. It's a super safe space and the people here are incredibly friendly. The instructors are very knowledgeable and really know their stuff - they're always there to help you out and make sure you're doing everything right. I am really loving my workout sessions here! Came to gym with 94 kg and lot of health issues like pcod and others. With the help of the coach and other trainers I was able to lose 22 kgs in 5 months. The environment we workout in also plays a major role. The members of the gym are very friendly and encourage you without any judgement.
