I worked out at this gym for a year. Initially, I really enjoyed my experience. However, over time, the heavy rush in the gym made it difficult to access equipment for workouts. The rush control needs significant improvement. The gym does have some great features: ample parking space, a large workout area, and a small cafeteria. However, the maintenance is not up to the mark. On a positive note, the trainers are very friendly and helpful, making it easy to understand how to use the equipment properly. There's a small steam bath facility, which members can use once a month, and separate locker rooms for men and women, which is appreciable. However, the locker boxes are always full, making it hard to store bags. The reason I left this gym was the way the staff dealt with customers. They seemed indifferent to whether members stayed or left. Despite referring six friends and even empaneling my company with this gym, I felt completely ignored until the very last day of my membership. This lack of care and attention was extremely disappointing. I believe the management is sincere in their work, but they need to address these issues urgently. I recommend conducting monthly customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve services. The competition is tough, and without better customer care, you might lose members to other gym.
