Life aquatic club

I have been a regular member since August 2024. I can swim effortlessly with utmost happiness, thanks to Coach Mr. Suresh Menon and his wonderful team--Abel, Mishel, and Pawan. From being hydrophobic, I am now at a stage where I can't even miss a day of swimming. This natural pool is well maintained, has a great filtration system, and the trainers are so calm and friendly--they understand everyone's pace and capability. Everyone who is doubtful about joining, please don't hesitate. This is the best pool in Kochi. Where else would you find a well-maintained, carefree pool with fishes and natural water?

They guide with proper techniques, customized workout plans, and are genuinely supportive in helping you reach your goals. The equipment here is top-notch, modern, and well-maintained, with everything you need for strength training, cardio, and functional workouts. What I love the most is the positive environment - everyone here is focused and motivating, which keeps me consistent. Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions for my fitness journey, and I can already see great results. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and result-driven gym experience!

The best place to unite your mind, body and soul.I learn yoga and practise my swimming sessions herewith Shri.Bhaskaramenon aashan and from Coach Suresh kumar with a group of well trained trainers. To be honest, trust me this is the very best place for everyone to mould the best version of yours! Totally recommended : 10/10

The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. They took the time to break down each technique and provide individualized feedback to help improve skills. The class structure was well organized and focused on building confidence in the water. Appreciated for consecutive class timings, which allowed for more personalized instruction. The pool facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the Instructors were friendly and welcoming

Recently joined this place .The environment is serene and refreshing .What truly made it special were the instructors -- they are incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your technique, they guide you with such clarity and motivation. Every session feels safer and structured. A big shout-out to the team for making swimming such a joyful learning journey!
