Had a really disappointing experience at Fashion Factory, Muvattupuzha.
There were multiple offer tags (like 50% and 30% off) placed directly by the products themselves, clearly making it look like those exact items were on discount. But during billing, I was told the discounts don't apply -- and they casually said it was a "mistake."
This wasn't just one product -- three different items had misleading tags. One even had a 30% offer on one side of the tag, and a 599 cut-off price on the other, adding to the confusion. These kinds of shelf displays aren't just misleading -- they're borderline fraudulent.
Thankfully I didn't buy anything, but I did take photos as proof.

Instead of creating a warm and friendly atmosphere, the staff made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
