I joined this gym with good expectations, but the experience has been disappointing. The trainer's behavior is extremely harsh and disrespectful. He does not guide properly or show any interest in helping members improve. Instead of motivating people, he behaves like he is the king and others are his servants. This attitude creates a very negative environment. Gyms should encourage and support members, not make them uncomfortable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements.
