Bfit as the name suggests specializes in fitness equipments. They are located along the NH47 very near to Dreams cinemas and Trends. They sell all types of fitness equipments like dumbbells, weights, badminton rackets, tennis rackets, treadmills, exercise cycle, pull up bar, push up bar stand, adjustable bench, abdominal roller etc. The prices of equipments are moderate. The rates are fixed and no discounts are provided for the equipments. There were two staffs in the shop and we're polite and helpful. There is limited parking facility in front of the shop. They accept both card as well as cash payments. The shop was clean, tidy and well maintained. The fitness equipments were arranged and organized well in racks and tables. There was ample lighting inside the shop for better viewing.

Terrible Experience with BiFit Sports Shop - Do Not Buy from Here! I purchased a treadmill from BiFit Sports Shop in Attingal in last year December . and it has been a nightmare ever since. From the very first month, the treadmill started showing issues and eventually stopped working. When I reported this to the shop, they sent service personnel who failed to fix it. They later informed me that the issue was with the motherboard. Since it was a brand-new product, I requested a replacement instead of repairs, as the downtime would be highly inconvenient for my gym clients who rely on the treadmill for their workouts. However, they refused to replace it and instead took the motherboard for repairs. It took two months for them to return it, by which time my clients were already complaining about the lack of equipment. After the repair, the treadmill worked for only one month before the same issue reappeared. Once again, I complained to the shop, and they failed to provide a proper explanation. Their service team would come, "fix" the machine, and it would work for just a week before stopping again. This cycle has repeated multiple times, and I am completely fed up with their poor customer service and unreliable equipment. Not only has this caused financial losses for my gym, but it has also become a safety risk--if the treadmill suddenly stops while someone is running, it could lead to serious injuries. Despite raising multiple complaints, the shop has treated me poorly and has failed to resolve the issue. I am now taking this matter to consumer court, as the product came with a two-year warranty, yet it stopped functioning from the very first month. I strongly advise all potential customers to avoid purchasing from BiFit Sports Shop, as both their equipment and customer service are of extremely poor .

They don't know what is the industry standard in service and maintenance. They will take service request and let the customer wait for ever. Pathetic !

Lost two treadmills cuz of the so called service team. They do have products, but they don't have service team in case of a maintenance . All the best to ppl who buy the products. Never did a negative review on an organization, I'm purely heartbroken, can't complain to the staffs too, What can they do, They don't even have a manager ig. Been a customer past 4 years and done today. Adios.
