I have not stayed in this hotel, but visited the hotel Restaurant for food. The food taste is good. But the service is very, very bad. And very very slow service.

We went to eat food here 4 times. The waiters are exhausted and over worked here. The food is sub par and cost is little expensive. The waiters will look cheap if you ask for extra chutney or kurma

Please do never go to this hotel because they are doing fraud for reservations and cheating people for amount. We had already booked prior even before 2 days but they are telling us we haven't booked our rooms at all and now we don't get our money nor the room for us stay. The hotel rooms aren't even nice no hygiene at all The management is very irresponsible towards their customers

Most worst hotel, we took room in the fourth floor, Day 1 lift is working but Day 2 lift is not working for the whole day. When asked they are replying arrogant and offering no regrets or apologies. Room is also not clean and neat. Window curtains rods are broken. Bottom of the Centre table is full of cobwebs (if you put it upside down). No hot water too

Went for a breakfast. Idly's sambar was already stale (seems previous day's) and manager at cash counter casually threw at us a 'don't bother me with these petty things' attitude. Why bother of course, co's only tourists pay one off visit here.
