I recently visited your store as a regular customer to check out some new dresses. After looking through several *packed* dresses (none of which I opened), I found only one dress that I liked, priced at 800. However, it wasn't worth the price as the collar was faded. I politely mentioned that I would visit again when there are more collections available. To my surprise, the staff started speaking aggressively, insisting that I could not leave without buying something just because I had looked at multiple dresses. This was shocking and completely uncalled for, especially since I had not opened or unfolded any dress -- they were all in their original packaging, so there was no extra effort needed to rearrange anything. Despite clearly stating that I was not interested in purchasing, I was **pressured and forced** to buy two dresses. I went ahead with the billing only to avoid further conflict. When I complained to the manager, they confirmed that there is **no such rule** -- and that customers are absolutely free to leave if they don't wish to buy anything. While I appreciated the manager's response, the damage had already been done. This kind of behavior from the staff is not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable. I felt harassed and disrespected as a customer. **I will not be visiting your store again.** Such a disappointing and hopeless customer service experience. Thank you.
