I am writing this review specifically about the cake slice I purchased recently. My experience was extremely poor, based on both the quality of the product and the value for money. First, the cake itself was stale and bone-dry. It was clear that the slice was not fresh, making it practically inedible and certainly not the indulgence I expected. Second, the portion size was genuinely shocking. The slice I received was literally half the size of a standard portion. This felt like a deliberate attempt to cut costs at the customer's expense. When you combine poor quality with poor value, it leads to a feeling of being cheated. I cannot recommend this item based on this experience. The combination of dry cake and an insulting portion size is unacceptable.

Frustrating Experience - Completely Unreliable Service I am extremely disappointed with Drips Bakery & cafe. What was supposed to be a joyful and memorable celebration for my daughter's first birthday turned into a complete disaster because of their sheer lack of professionalism and reliability. Despite placing a cake order 20 days in advance and following up numerous times, they failed to deliver as promised. I had ordered a 7kg Barbie-themed cake and paid an advance with a clear commitment from their side that it would be delivered to the venue by 7:00 PM. On the day of the event, I had to repeatedly call and remind them of the importance of timely delivery. Still, the cake was sent late, and shockingly, it was transported in an auto-rickshaw without any proper care. As expected, it got damaged, and by 8:15 PM--well past the start of our event--they simply sent a photo on WhatsApp saying the cake was ruined and that they would refund the amount. Because of this, our event was delayed, our guests were left waiting, and worst of all--we had to celebrate my daughter's first birthday without a cake. After weeks of planning and anticipation, this was absolutely infuriating. To add to the frustration, even getting the refund required multiple follow-ups. For a business that handles celebration orders, this kind of negligence is unacceptable. Please think twice before trusting Drips and Bakery with your special occasions. They are clearly not equipped to handle large or important orders. At best, they might manage a pastry or a small cake. For anything else--look elsewhere.

I love this cake. Good atmosphere and service also very good and also ontime delivery.
