Very worst experience with spar,they makes fool us. In january to march there was gift offer on purchase 15k and more but they was not giving gift to us on purchase of more than 15k. We asked to customer care,he was taking very rudely.there behaviour is not good how to talk with customer.he said u have not order gift in bill.that's why we are not giving you gift.how we know there process their should have responsibility to help customer about process.if purchase amount is less than 15 k then they send us whsp message for purchasing more to get gift but after 15k they not sending any messages or call for gift also not updating any details us.This is the worst thing in the Spar. They are trying to fool the people.
