I was told to pickup an item from shimoga while browsing online, but when I went there the personnel rejected that item doesn't exist at all. Either the store is responsible or the decathlon for wasting my precious time.

Installation for my elliptical had a bit of trouble at the beginning. I had series of conversations with main customer care and Shivamogga store. It was actually purchased through online. When I was not getting any proper response from the main customer service, Mr. Vignesh from Shivamogga store helped me resolving this issue soon. Mr. Nikhil and Mr. Joywin both came to my home and got the installation done. They are very friendly and helpful. If anybody facing any problems in purchasing, contact Vignesh. If anybody has any service related issues, contact Nikhil and Joy.

Good place for you sports gears and one stop shop for all you sports need. Has average floor space with in, but good. Has all the basic stuff you will be needing. Also has has the fecility of order online get delivery in store. Nice to see a long awaited store in Shimogga.
