I've been going here for about 12 weeks now. The trainers are exceptionally good, specially Ramesh and muttu.They are there to help out with all my workouts. The difference in strength is visible after my personal training sessions with Ramezh.Good job guys! The gym is very well maintained,and every day equipment is sanitised after each workout. It's vary good gym in near me and my frnds room .and then so useful our health.and then good trainers also equipment and cleaning system and water system and cleaning system also good . also .and happiness and enjoyment in gym class and no boring in Gym class awasome feelings enjoyment .we are celebration all frnds bdys then trainers also good and trained frndly .in kyatsandra vry good and super gym .we are also vry happy.goooood gym also and this is my second freedom room and class

Worst Experience ever Half knowledge trainers 3rd class mentality wraps useless plastic wrapper on most of the equipments just to look like new,that irritates also makes uncomfortable to train, mirrors not cleaned regularly, especially MUTTURAJ guidance irritates alot he many times guides us with completely wrong form,and interrupting between workout,he don't know the difference between pump and hypertrophy,just tells everyone to do supersets even for beginners had no issues with Ramesh he is excellent trainer with great knowledge but the only reason I left this gym is new trainer.

In tumkur i have founded the best gym is RK diamond fitness one of the most best and perfect gym for all the adults and the students . I daily travel 15 km for this gym because my current place is sira gate.so i recommend u to join Rk.diamond fitness gym
