Worked out here for about a year. The gym is modest, with average equipment but the only choice for people of this area because of the lack of gyms nearby. STRANGELY we have to pay extra for the treadmill apart from the regular gym membership. The gym owner cum trainer has quite limited knowledge of training people for building muscle and weight loss!
