If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! This is hands down the best gym in the Hindalga and Ganeshpur area. The gym is fully equipped with top-quality machines and multiple workout stations, making it perfect for all types of training. A big plus is the dedicated leg station on the ground floor--no need to struggle with stairs after an intense leg day. The owner, Jay Dada, constantly upgrades the gym to keep it modern and effective. Recently, a new shoulder lateral raise machine was added, which shows his commitment to providing the best for members. His friendly nature, fitness expertise, and passion for maintaining the gym at the highest standard make training here a fantastic experience. An excellent gym with an outstanding owner--highly recommended!

Spacious gym Separate space for weight training, aerobic exercises and leg workouts. Special attention given to beginners. Techniques explained; why, how n which exercise benefits what part of body also explained Sir and maam are very friendly and make us very comfortable during the sessions

A fantastic gym for all levels, especially beginners, It's well-equipped, and the sir and ma'am are excellent--they truly motivate and push you to your limits in every session. The variety of exercises is a major plus.
