Extremely disappointed. This gym looks okay from the outside, but the actual condition inside is terrible. The place is so dirty that it feels like nobody has cleaned it for ages. Many machines are covered in spider webs, dust, and even insects crawling around. It doesn't feel like a gym -- it feels like a haunted fitness museum. What's worse, the owner/trainer barely shows up. He comes maybe 5-10 days in a whole month, and even when he's there, he doesn't listen to any issues or complaints. There is zero care about maintenance, hygiene, or member experience. For the money they charge, the least we deserve is a clean environment and a responsible management team. I hope they improve these things urgently, because right now, it's definitely not worth joining.
