For the past three months, my son and I have been training at the Japan Karate Association (JKA), Bokaro, and the experience has been truly remarkable. The disciplined environment, expert instructors, and structured training sessions have made learning karate both enjoyable and rewarding for us. The coaches focus not only on physical fitness and self-defense techniques but also on building mental strength, focus, and confidence.
