There is a dedicated women timing of 12 to 2 pm because women have nothing to do other than sitting and cooking at home, besides women should not go out of their homes . Lets start with the stairs , its covered with a blanket , that cheap blanket you get for 300 rs Now lets move to the floor, they have got treadmills and other machines, which work when there is electricity, pathetic ! Cause there is mostly electric cuts, no generator there ! A very cheap , low grade crowds comes to the gym, the trainer needs training himself first for speaking to female customers then for body training In short , its only for guys, and the crowd is so low grade you will suffocate to death Only cons no pros here
