It's great, a gym with some experienced guys there with a trainer who had himself being a MR Kashmir for years is a good place to make physique. I was on weight loss and lost almost 44 pounds in just 7 months and gained a good physique. Thanks to Sir there.

Its very big gym in whole area of bemina , all machines available, good for beginners . and u don't need to pay in thousands of rupees below 600
