I should have checked the reviews, BBB and public records before joining VASA. They have a bad record of deceptive and predatory billing practices, especially when it comes to canceling your membership. This location has to be 1 of the worst gyms I've ever gone to in regards to overcrowding. "Peak hours" seem to be 6am-10am and 3pm-midnight(close). The first week I joined was fine, with really only 1 time experiencing some minor overcrowding. After that 1st week though, It doesn't seem to matter what time I come in, this place is packed. 930pm on a Tuesday, googles "crowd meter" says its a little busy but only about half as busy as "peak" times. Every single bench, machine, dumbell, cable machine and squat rack has lines forming to use them. The dumbell rack is almost completely bare. It's hard to stay motivated when no matter when you show up, all the equipment you want to use has 1-3 people already waiting for it to be free. I've had enough and I canceled my memebership on 8-8 and was told i can still use the gym for 30 days. I was charged $25 to cancel, no big deal. on 8-27 I will be paying my reoccurring monthly due for some unknown reason, and if I'm reading the cancelation email correctly on 9-27 I will be charged again 1 last time for my reoccurring monthly due. This seems almost criminal. I canceled my membership because I can't use the gym due to overcrowding and I'm being charged for 2 more months of memebership after cancelation???

For the price it's a great value for what's to offer. They have a large area for stretching. They have sleds which is awesome. Gym has many things other gyms don't offer equipment wise. Turf areas are very nice. Downside is it's packed in the gym no matter what time you go even at 10pm -midnight. Wish they had 2 levels instead of a balcony so there is more equipment to use since it's always super busy. The pool has been dirty every time I have swam. There's some kind of tissue or clothing material always floating around. Lots of hair too. Water usually has a slime feel. Some cardio equipment doesn't have cup holders since someone ripped them out such as on a few treadmills. BUT for the price you should expect the place to be busy and not as clean.

I truly would love to give this gym five stars because I do love the selection and it is a nice gym for a great price and people there are very friendly except for one female with long black hair who works the desk is not very pleasant every day. I also have had a problem where the gym has closed randomly during business hours without any notice to anyone so I end up wasting my time and gas and now I am angry and cannot go to the gym as I go every day for my mental health and now I show up and it's closed with no notice or not notification to anyone! I feel as if we should at least get an email out of courtesy and Respect plus credit for that month. Also, I've been a member here for almost a year now and I'm treated as if I haven't been! This gym is also so filthy and gross!! The more I'm here the more I can't wait to switch gyms!! Really disgusting!! Needless to say, I do go every day and love the gym there, but wish it was cleaner, had friendlier staff, and had better courtesy towards the members!

Sabrina is amazing. It was my first time coming into the gym after signing up online. She showed me around. Helped me sign up for classes and for a PT appointment. She made me feel so comfortable and excited about starting a new gym! Sabrina went out of her way to make me feel apart of something. Thank you Sabrina!
