In my experience this is the best place for authentic, traditional Hatha Yoga, covering asana, pranayama and meditation in India. Quiet and secluded, on the footpath between the Vashisth and the Leh Highway, it is a bit hard to find. Swami Yoganand's authentic approach to the practice and teaching make it nevertheless worth the effort. This review has been written after my sixth annual visit.
