I had been struggling with gym related spine injury .It was a disc bulge at my lumbar area . I was facing Difficulty in specific movement like forward bending or doing any work long sitting. Pain was travelling throughout my right leg with numbness and tingling sensation I visited shimla multispeciality centre sanjauli . I meet Dr.SANGE [ortho] Dr.ALISHA [physio] it turned out the best decision . After taking few sessions of physiotherapy which include machines ,exercise, manualtherapy now am able to do everything and I had a speedy recovery .

The physiotherapist Alisha Ma'am is amazing! Very professional, attentive, and effective. My shoulder injury improved noticeably after just a few sessions. Highly recommend!
