Excellent gym! I am born and raised in the US, but visit Shimla often - and, whenever here - I visit M.A.D gym for my regular workouts. It has all equipment which one needs, and is well run and maintained. Thanks to Sahil and others from M.A.D for this wonderful gym.
Over-all a good facility Training is excellent
Not good ambience and air ventilation is poor.
Nice atmosphere,good visitor's but the place has dirty mats and dirty machines. You can get a trainer in the morning but in the evening a person working out helps each other. Friendly atmosphere. Everyone loves Punjabi music.
