Gold's Gym

A very good gym. Trainers are well informed and friendly. The provides a wonderful workout atmosphere. It's the oldest branded gym in raipur, hence the machines are a bit old, but they are well maintained nevertheless. There's facility of steam bath and free massages on appointmenthowever, the masseur is generally not available. CrossFit and Zumba sections are also good and worth try. There's also facility of nutritionist and body analysis.

i joined gold gym in other cities but i found this one really in very bad condition there trainers most of the time busy in gossiping no help from trainers . most of the members do not carry their shoes use their outside shoes that make gym dirty. changing rooms shower areas are in bad shape. only thing that it offers variety of machines but become useless without good trainers.

Worst Music is played in the Gym..... Even smaller Gyms in Raipur plays supers songs and music while workout. But Gold's Gym Raipur has the worst music taste in the world. Apart from music, this is The Best Gym in Raipur.... Superb Value for Money. More people workout here making comparatively less space or sometimes quite congested in the peak Hours.

Attitude of trainers is pathetic. If you have not opted for personal trainer then there will be no support from general trainers. They just stand there and gossip. If you know your way around body building and want to join a brand then only join this gym or else save your money.

It is the best gym . Environment was good . Trainer is also good and well behaved.
