As a member who genuinely wants to see this gym succeed, I have to be honest -- the current training approach isn't effective. With all due respect, acting as the trainer without proper knowledge or qualifications is doing more harm than good. Many members, including myself, are not seeing the guidance or results we expect from a professional fitness facility. If you truly want the gym to grow and build a strong reputation, I strongly recommend investing in certified, experienced trainers. Bringing in knowledgeable professionals will not only improve client satisfaction but also help the gym reach its full potential. Let me know if you'd like to make it more formal, more casual, or tailored to specific issues (e.g., injury risk, lack of structure, etc.).
