I am happy to share here that Naturopathy treatment given by Dr Shoyanand is very effective in case of my father's treat. He is 85 years old and unable to walk without walker due to knee pain. The diet plan suggested by Dr Shoyanand I.e. seasonal fruits n dry fruits in breakfast n upto 12 n salad before light lunch. Dinner n lunch will be light but no restrictions on any kind of food . Milk n milk products are totally banned n may use green tea in morning n evening. This diet plan is very useful in reducing weight n sugar level too whereas all type of sweet fruits used twice /thrice before lunch .Approximately 5 kg weight reduced per month. I am very thankful to Dr Shoyanand for this treatment without any medicine.
